Hiroshima, Kyoto and Nara Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Tokyo Narita International Airport. Group transfer from Narita airport to hotel will be scheduled around 1500 hrs. Meet your tour representative and begin the journey. Guests who are unable to take the scheduled transfer will need to reach the hotel on their own. Check in at the hotel with standard check in time 1500 hrs. Visit Shibuya Crossing and the Hachiko Memorial Statue for memorable photographs. Dinner at an Indian restaurant for an early Indian dinner. Visit TeamLab Planets Toyosu for an immersive digital art experience with stunning light displays and interactive installations. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel followed by a visit to Tokyo Skytree for panoramic views from the Tembo Deck. Explore Asakusa and Nakamise Shopping Street to browse local souvenirs and cultural items. Drive past the Imperial Palace area to witness the surroundings of the Imperial residence. Lunch at an Indian restaurant. Shopping time at Ginza or Akihabara as time permits. Experience an authentic sumo cultural session and enjoy a traditional Chanko Nabe dinner. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Journey to Mount Fuji and visit Mount Fuji 5th Station subject to weather and road conditions for stunning panoramic views. Lake Ashi cruise from Motohakone to Togendai across serene waters with views of Mount Fuji. Hakone Ropeway ride from Togendai to Owakudani one way offering aerial views over volcanic landscapes. Visit Owakudani Valley to see active sulphur vents, hot springs, and the legendary black eggs. Lunch and dinner at Indian restaurants. Continue the journey to Hamamatsu and overnight stay in Hamamatsu.
Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Kyoto, Japans cultural heartland. Enjoy an Indian lunch with a sushi experience introducing Japans sushi culture. Kyoto sightseeing includes a visit to Kiyomizu dera Temple with its impressive wooden terrace and city views, Fushimi Inari Taisha famous for thousands of vermilion torii gates, and a walk through the Higashiyama historic district lined with traditional houses and artisan shops. Proceed to Osaka for dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Osaka.
Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to Kyoto for the Sagano Scenic Railway ride subject to ticket availability offering picturesque views. Walk through Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and visit Tenryu ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site noted for Zen gardens. Participate in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony to learn the art and etiquette. Lunch and dinner at Indian restaurants. Return to Osaka and overnight stay in Osaka.
Day 6
Breakfast at the hotel. Experience the famous Japanese Shinkansen bullet train in standard class for a high speed journey from Osaka to Hiroshima. Visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and have a photo stop at the Atomic Bomb Dome, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch at an Indian restaurant. Return to Osaka via Sanyo Shinkansen. Free time at Shinsaibashi Shopping District as per available time. Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Osaka.
Day 7
Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to Nara to visit Todai ji Temple housing the Great Buddha statue and to spend time at Nara Park among free roaming deer. Visit Osaka Castle including museum entrance, observation areas for panoramic views, and stroll through Osaka Castle Park. Free time at Rinku Premium Outlets near Kansai International Airport as per available time if time permits. Dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in the Kansai area.
Day 8
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel and proceed to Kansai International Airport KIX for your onward flight. Departure from Osaka and end of tour with memories of vibrant cities, cultural heritage, landscapes, and experiences.

- Booking Confirmation: 25% of total tour cost payable at time of booking confirmation as a non refundable deposit.
- Final Balance Payment: Remaining 75% of total tour cost payable 75 days prior to departure date.
- Bookings received within 75 days of departure: 100% of total tour cost payable at time of booking confirmation.

- Cancellation charges per person: 61 days or more prior to departure INR 10,000 per person.
- 60 to 31 days prior to departure 25% of the total tour cost.
- 30 to 22 days prior to departure 50% of the total tour cost.
- 21 days to departure date or no show 100% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellation charges calculated based on date written cancellation request is received.
- No refunds for unused services late arrivals or no shows.
- Any applicable bank charges and non refundable supplier fees will be charged additionally where applicable.
